Danny assists on a variety of predominantly transactional construction matters. He has worked on both public sector developments for local and educational bodies, and private sector projects for national and regional developers.
Having completed a seat in the Banking and Finance team, Danny has good experience of acting on real estate finance transactions from both a banking and construction perspective. He also has experience in engineering projects as well as more traditional developments.
Danny has assisted on projects including both NEC4 and IChemE contracts, including the Silver Book and Red Book.
Experience
Examples of experience include taking:
- A leading role in the oversight of several Lloyds Bank funded developments across the South and the South East, which focus on reviewing, drafting and negotiating documents based on JCT Forms of Contract
- An active role in a lender-side real estate finance transaction, which involved the management of, and conducting due diligence on a construction package for a funded development.
