Daniel Schwaibold focuses on capital markets, including debt and equity offerings, tender offers, redemptions, derivatives and SEC filing requirements. He assists with the drafting and negotiating of principal and ancillary deal documentation, including prospectus supplements, purchase agreements, indentures, underwriting agreements and legal opinions. In addition he drafts and reviews Exchange Act reporting disclosures, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Section 13 reports and Section 16 reports. Daniel also negotiates and drafts derivative agreements.
