Courtney is an Associate Paralegal in the Recovery Plus team, part of WBD Advance: the firm's alternative legal services group providing high volume services and project support to more than 200 clients every year.
She manages a varied workload within her team and currently works on three main services; Consumer Claims, Mortgage Possession Claims and Appointing Receivers of Rent over Buy to Let Properties.
In addition to the extensive document drafting, she has also built a great client relationship with all her clients and actively works with clients from a development perspective to ensure we are meeting their needs and adapting processes where required.
Experience
Courtney's current responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Case management of over 100 files
- Drafting Court Documents ahead of Dispute Resolution Hearings
- Issuing Mortgage Possession Claims and progressing the claim up to the Hearing
- Executing the Appointments of Receivers of Rent over Buy to Let Properties including the preparation of Deed of Appointments and Reports on Validity, and
- Enforcement Orders of Possession for Clients and obtaining Warrants of Evictions.
