Chiharu is a trusted advisor to clients in wide range of corporate issues, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Chiharu has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of primary and ancillary M&A transaction documents.

Chiharu is fluent in Japanese and Japanese corporations in particular depend on Chiharu to counsel them through a number of corporate-related issues. She advises them on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and provides securities law advice to global companies.  

Chiharu previously worked for international law firms in Tokyo, Japan.
