Elizabeth Stell is an associate in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Mass Torts Group, where she focuses her practice on the defense of tobacco companies in smoking and health litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth’s practice was focused on medical malpractice, hospital liability, premises liability, and insurance defense.

Elizabeth dedicated much of her time at The University of Georgia School of Law to its nationally recognized advocacy program. She won the 2011 J. Melvin England Mock Trial Tournament. She was selected to participate in the Joseph Henry Lumpkin American Inn of Court in Atlanta and has been inducted into the Order of Barristers.

Elizabeth is fluent in Spanish.
