Charlotte advises on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters with particular expertise in all aspects of acquisitions, disposals and outsourcing, including the effect of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.

She supports clients dealing with highly strategic and complex issues, through change management processes and managing large-scale redundancies.

Charlotte has in-house experience working on secondment for a postal services provider. She advised in a highly unionised environment in relation to all aspects of employment law, including day-to-day industrial relations, unlawful strikes and amendments to collective agreements, whilst maintaining a flexible and dynamic workforce.

  • In relation to national logistics and warehousing outsourcing arrangements
  • On a corporate restructure of a global company with international TUPE implications
  • In relation to large scale redundancy issues including collective consultation
  • National clients in relation to the application of collective agreements and in relation to planned and unlawful industrial action
  • A global auto-finance company on the implications of TUPE arising out of a global outsourcing of the IT function and drafting and negotiating complex warranties and indemnities and providing Human Resources support throughout the process.

Charlotte regularly speaks at the Employment Club briefings and at client training events, particularly on the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 in relation to outsourcing. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
