Catherine is a solicitor in the Intellectual Property team. Catherine's work covers the full range of intellectual property rights, such as: copyright, trade mark, designs, passing off, breach of confidence, and patents, both nationally and internationally. Catherine works on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a main focus on trade marks and passing off.
Her work includes negotiating, drafting correspondence, trade mark applications, statements of case, witness statements and statements of grounds for litigation proceedings, drafting contracts such as intellectual property assignments and licences, and advising on trade mark portfolios. Catherine has worked on matters before the IPEC, High Court, UKIPO Tribunal and the EUIPO.
