Ben is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group. Ben represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a wide range of M&A and corporate governance matters.
Prior to law school, Ben served as a research associate and staff assistant at The White House in the Office of Presidential Scheduling. During college, Ben also served as an intern in the South Carolina Governor’s Office and as a legislative page for the South Carolina State Senate.
