Ben is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group. Ben represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in M&A and other strategic transactions. Ben is also a member of the firm’s Public Company Advisors Team representing public companies in securities offerings, SEC compliance, investor relations, and corporate governance matters.
Prior to law school, Ben served as a research associate and staff assistant at The White House in the Office of Presidential Scheduling. During college, Ben served as an intern in the South Carolina Governor’s Office and as a legislative page for the South Carolina State Senate.
