Barbara works in LSC real estate and her main areas of work are planning, residential agreements and post-completion.
Barbara's previous experience involved sales, purchases, transfers of equity of freehold and leasehold properties and shared ownership staircasing of leasehold. These streams of work provided her with a good foundation and understanding in property law. Barbara also acquired experience in leasehold enfranchisement, dealing with lease extensions for landlords and tenants and collective enfranchisement.
