An avid sports fan, Ana understands the value of patience, perseverance and winning. Because of these values, Ana has become a determined advocate, who is motivated by the opportunity to work alongside her clients and navigate them through the complicated channels of the legal system.

Her practice focuses on construction defect litigation, contentious land use and development disputes, trade secret and unfair competition liability, executive employment matters, and state and federal agency investigations. She has argued cases in federal and state tribunals and has experience taking and defending depositions and interviewing civilian and law enforcement witnesses.

A member of the Women’s Bar Association and Hispanic Bar Association, Ana appreciates diversity in the workplace and is involved in the firm’s diversity initiative program. Through her background and experiences, Ana has cultivated a practice reflecting her view that being a reliable and reachable attorney with effective communication skills is the playbook to a successful attorney-client relationship.

Any result the lawyer or law firm may have achieved on behalf of clients in other matters does not necessarily indicate similar results can be obtained for other clients.
