Ami joined the team in December 2018, having trained with a niche pensions law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Ami has over 5 years' experience in pensions law. She has acted for both employers and trustees on a wide range of pension matters including scheme mergers, restructuring, closure and wind-ups. She also has experience of advising scheme employers and trustees on data protection related matters, including data sharing agreements and privacy notices.
Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Ami worked as a Paralegal at the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) where she advised on PPF eligibility, compensation and levy requirements. She also worked for a leading UK University, and was seconded to Virgin Money plc, where she advised on data protection related issues.
