Moira Rankin Cooper focuses her practice on general liability issues, helping clients to manage risk and resolve claims efficiently. She has experience representing clients in complex litigation relating to conflicts in various areas of law including contracts, real property, trademarks, employment, oil and gas, banking, transportation, and probate. She has been certified as a mediator since 2003 and is dedicated to alternate dispute resolution processes.
She previously served as Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Melinda F. Harmon for the US District Court, Southern District of Texas, and in 2023, she earned an LL.M. in Ligitation Management from Baylor University School of Law.
