Womble Bond Dickinson has been shortlisted for four awards at the 2018 Legal Week Innovation Awards.
We have been recognised for our thought provoking initiatives and innovative solutions across four categories including:
- Training Innovation – on the back of our successful Emerging Leaders programme which aims to identify and develop future leaders of Womble Bond Dickinson and help them transition from lawyer to 21st century partner
- Diversity Innovation – in recognition of our #beyourself campaign, underpinning our commitment to encourage a diverse and inclusive culture for all our staff and to attract and retain the best talent
- PR & Communications Innovation – following the successful launch of our transatlantic combination with US firm Womble Carlyle, creating and bringing to life a new brand in just five months
- Marketing Innovation – in acknowledgment of Close Encounters: The Power of Collaborative Innovation. Our national research campaign looking at collaboration between large corporates and UK SMEs.

The Legal Week Innovation awards, which are in their fourth year, celebrate outstanding achievement within the legal profession. The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 25 May at The Brewery, London. The winners will be decided by Georgina Stanley, Editor of Legal Week, alongside a carefully selected group of independent experts from the sector.
