Kathrine, who the guide describes as "outstanding", is a specialist public procurement lawyer advising UK central government, local authorities, universities, transport operators and many other public/utility purchasers on corporate/strategic procurement issues and the procurement of complex contracts. She also advises suppliers bidding for public contracts, helping them to navigate through the regulated tender process and advising them on their rights under the procurement rules.
