Bond Dickinson has advised energy investment company, Path Investments plc (Path), on its flotation on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Path has a global focus on energy assets and is targeting oil and gas production, or near production, assets which possess a lower risk profile than exploration or development assets. Path will make direct investments to establish greater control over risk management, investment decisions and cash flows. It plans to create a diverse asset portfolio with income streams which have the potential for growth.

The Bond Dickinson team, led by corporate Managing Associate Leon Miller and Solicitor Claire Jeffery, advised on the transaction.

Leon Miller said: "Bond Dickinson's energy team has been working with Path Investments for some time and we're delighted to have advised them on the back of our strong corporate credentials. We look forward to working with them as the company pursues its investment strategy."

Christopher Theis, Chief Executive at Path Investments added: "We have established a very strong management team at Path Investments and have a significant pipeline of potential deals to examine. Our intention is to be highly selective in our approach, seeking out cash flow producing assets in attractive geographies."
