WBD Pride are pleased to invite you to join us to talk about unconscious bias and how we can change perceptions to make positive changes to the workplace to become more inclusive. We are pleased to announce Jude Guaitamacchi, LGBTQIA+ Advocate, first non-binary face of Harrods Beauty and Tedx Speaker as the keynote speaker, providing insight on conscious inclusion. Followed by a Panel who will openly discuss the biases they have experienced in their life, and how through support and changing perceptions they have made changes through organisations and their personal life.
Following the panel discussion we will have a networking event with food, drinks and music... plus a few surprises to celebrate pride weekend in London ahead of the parade on the Saturday.
