On Monday 24 May at 12pm, we will be joined by Jane van Zyl, Chief Executive of Working Families, the country's leading flexible working charity to discuss the do's and don'ts of hybrid flexible working. For many charities, hybrid and flexible working is new, but Working Families have been researching what works well for many years.

This session will discuss the issues arising from hybrid and flexible working and provide you with ways to avoid the pitfalls, to ensure that your teams can operate as effectively as possible, avoiding burnout, isolation and bias.

Jane will be joined by Christina Tolvas-Vincent, a partner in our Employment Team who will cover some of the legal issues around our new ways of working.

Following the presentations, our speakers are happy to answer your questions.

We hope you can join us.
