Join our thought-provoking keynote address by generations expert, Dr Eliza Filby, followed by a panel discussion with a group of specialists.

The pandemic has been described as the biggest disruption to work in 100 years. It has been an accelerator and amplifier of change within the working environment with remote and hybrid working, flexible hours and IT solutions implemented rapidly.

Our discussion will focus on the workforce through the prism of age as we now have four generations in the workplace. We will explore how the pandemic has impacted each generation, and what that means for managing a multi-generational workforce in the post-pandemic age.

Our panel of experts will bring insight from three different viewpoints – an internationally recognised thought leader in ageing innovation, a passionate diversity and inclusion professional committed to driving inclusive cultures, and an employment law solicitor with expertise in advising clients on discrimination in the workplace.

Our panel consists of:

  • Nic Palmarini, Director at UK's National Innovation Centre for Ageing
  • Katherine Conway, Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Affairs at Aon
  • Hilary du Randt, Managing Associate at Womble Bond Dickinson

The event is aimed at individuals who are interested in how generational shifts within society will impact businesses and ways to address issues relating to recruitment, management and retention of a multi-generational workforce as we move out of the pandemic.
