Yvonne is responsible for the day-to-day management of the leasehold arrears team. This specialises in the collection of service charge and ground rent arrears. Yvonne has over 30 years’ debt recovery experience and began collecting service charge and ground rent arrears 15 years ago. Work increased substantially, leading to the beginning of the leasehold arrears team approximately 10 years ago; the team has grown progressively since.
Yvonne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has considerable experience in helping to develop the team’s bespoke case management system and implementing effective process and procedural changes to meet client requirements. Her focus is on training and development of the team, maintaining client relations and ensuring the team provides excellent customer service.
