Stephen is a UK Board member and specialises in corporate finance work, with expertise in M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on joint ventures and other shareholder arrangements, as well as corporate reorganisations and corporate governance and compliance issues.

- Transdev plc. on UK M&A transactions including the UK aspects of its global merger with Veolia and recent strategic disposals and acquisitions
- Working with an unlisted plc to deliver 6 M&A deals in the last eighteen months.
